The purpose of the amendment is as follows: 1. Provide vendor questions and answers. 2. Update Title of Technical submission instructions reference. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Vendor Questions and Answers Does an individual SBA waiver to the nonmanufacturer rule apply to this procurement? If no waiver applies, must an SDVOSB nonmanufacturer provide a product manufactured by a qualifying domestic small-business manufacturer?
