Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Richmond Environmental Restoration Program for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District CAPABILITIES This section details the range of capabilities that will be evaluated. Please note that a firm is not required to demonstrate all capabilities detailed below to submit a response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is not only to aid in determining the acquisition strategy, but also to understand the full range of industry capabilities for this work. Firms who can demonstrate a reasonable amount of the capabilities below are encouraged to submit a response. The work anticipated will include the following: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes broad-spectrum environmental services. These services include, but are not limited to: � Annual/Bi-annual Ground Water Sampling and Evaluation � Vapor Intrusion Monitoring � Land Use Controls Evaluation and Implementation � Five-Year Review � Interacting with regulators � Coordination of bi-annual Restoration Advisory Boards and Community Relations Assistance � In-situ Bioremediation such as enhanced reductive de-chlorination (ERD) � Operable Unit Site Optimization � Monitoring well optimization, installation, and abandonment Certified 8(a) Businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice.
