08 October 2025: The purpose of this edit is to add the Project Labor Agreement Survey to this Special Notice for the Industry Day. USACE greatly appreciates all those who participate in the voluntary, market research in accordance with FAR 22.5 to provide their honest feedback in order to provide USACE with valuable information to make an informed decision regarding the nature of this project under consideration, the labor market, costs and project history as some of the key components as they relate to inclusion/exclusion of a Project Labor Agreement. USACE is also advising that it is continuing to diligently pursue an all in person option for this Industry Day event with the goal of providing final information no later than Friday, 10 October 2025. Invitations will be sent to all email addresses provided by interested parties in the survey/registration link below, no later than October 14th. _____________________________________________________________________ The US ARMY CORPS of ENGINEERS (USACE), Baltimore District in partnership with the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) will host an Industry Day on 15 October 2025 at the George H Fallon Building, 31 Hopkins Pl, Baltimore, MD from 1000-1200 ET, doors open at 0930 ET. The day will feature the Compenent Rebuild Shop project with a magnitude (DFARS 236.204 (ii)) between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This project will utilize the Design Build to Budget (DB2B) also known as Design Build Done Right. The Industry Day will also introduce multiple other LEAD Fiscal Year 26 projects to include the Rocket & Missile Maintenance Facility and Voelz ACP which has a magnitude of $25M - $100M. There will be some discussion on the FY27 LEAD projects. USACE will present an overview of the DB2B strategy as well as take questions at the end of the presentation. It is highly encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to utilize the link attached to this posting to submit questions ahead of the Industry Day to ensure all your questions are answered.
