Update 0002 (28 March 2026): The solicitation date is tentatively schedule for the week of 13 April 2026. A draft of the Phase Two solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria and Seed Project will be included to provide interested offerors a representative sample of task orders to be solicited under this contract. Update 0001 (6 March 2026): This acquisition has been updated to include Design-Bid-Build (DBB) as shown within the title. Reference the attached pre-solicitation notice and associated documents.
