Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) �Only one source available� based on the company being the sole provider for the supplies/services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: JANE�S GROUP UK LIMITED 69 Park Lane Croydon CR0 1JD United Kingdom This is a new requirement for a subscription for Jane�s online database for the United States Military Academy Library. The NAICS Code is 519290 � IT and Telecom � Platform Products: Database, Mainframe, Middleware (Hardware and Perpetual License Software) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
