Description

The requirement will be sole-sourced to Dunbar Mechanical Contractors, LLC, 4165 Brunswick Rd, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center requires the removal, replacement and installation of the wing coil of the air handling unit. Dunbar Mechanical Contractors, LLC will be able to complete this requirement for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center Nashville, TN. Dunbar Mechanical Contractors, LLC is being chosen to fulfill this requirement because the contractor has been found to be a responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business via SAM and SBA Small Business Search. Contractor has quoted the VA with a reasonable price, found acceptable to the requesting service. The overall contract value does not exceed the SAT. This procurement is being conducted under the authority cited at FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) and VAAR 819.7 (The VA Veterans First Contracting Program). Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
