General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Los Angeles Delineated Area: NORTH: Stadium Way to Bishops Rd., to Savoy St., to N. Broadway SOUTH: Santa Monica Fwy (I-10) to S. Alameda St., to E. 25th St. to E. 26th St. EAST: Los Angeles River WEST: Harbor Fwy (I-110) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,903 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 63,950 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 144 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 144 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-year term Additional Requirements: 1. Secured parking space for fourteen armored vehicles at a weight of 10,500 lbs plus an additional 2,000 lbs for equipment when loaded. Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98� tall x 96� wide x 86� deep with a door swing at 24� and a weight of 38,540 lbs. 2. Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building. 3. Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
