28 April 2026 An updated Attachment 5 - Pricing Workbook has been posted to the "Attachment/Links" section in Sam.gov and is titled Attachment 5 - Pricing Workbook Updated. On Tab 1 CLIN Summary, the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) formula has been updated to only include the TESA CLIN value once. No other changes were made. 22 April 2026 Amendment 0002 for solicitation FA251826RP002 has been posted to the "Attachment/Links" section in SAM.gov. 16 April 2026 The Final RFP Question and Answers has been updated to add question 53. 13 April 2026 RFP Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 for solicitation FA251826RP002 and the Final RFP Questions and Answers have been posted to the "Attachment/Links" section in SAM.gov. Official amendment files, which are the clean and final versions, contain "0001" in the title. Reference documents, which show the tracked changes made to the originals, contain "Reference" in the title. However, due to file size constraints, the official Bidder's Library is maintained under its original related notice, COSMOS RFI 1.
