THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE for 36C25726R0014 Wheelchair Transportation Services for Dallas VA Medical Center. The Dallas VA Medical Center currently has a requirement for non-emergency wheelchair transportation services. BACKGROUND The Dallas VA Medical Center main campus is located at 4500 S Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216, serving over 235,000 veterans across the North Texas and southern Oklahoma area and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. This requirement is for non-emergent wheelchair transportation services on an as-needed basis, IAW all federal, state, and local regulations, to transport patients to and from appointments. The contractor shall make these non-emergent wheelchair transportation services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance will be 1 (one) 6-month and 4 (four) separately priced 1-year ordering periods, for a total 54-month ordering period. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485991 Special Needs Transportation, with a Small Business size standard of $19.0 Million. The PSC is V999 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Other: Other. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
