Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Boiler Controls Testing and Inspection RLRVAMC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to inspect, and test the boilers at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center and Cold Springs Road Campus. This procurement has been 100% set-aside for award to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSBs concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is December 12, 2025, for a base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Anticipated period of performance (POP) is December 22, 2025 through December 21, 2026. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 3, 2025. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on November 21, 2025, by email to Courtney.Seevers@va.gov. NAICS 238220 applies. Size standard of $19 Million. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the following e-mail address: Courtney.Seevers@va.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) November 14, 2025.
