This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge the market for tracking assets and shipments. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a component of Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is researching innovative solutions, technologies, and services for tracking assets and shipments from fixed facilities within the United States using various modes of transportation including air, land, and sea. FEMA is reaching out to industry to identify product and service offerings that may support the agency in achieving its objective to track assets.
