Description
Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Maintenance Services at TX092 - 1300 Teege Ave Harlingen, TX 78550; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 August 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 July 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
