Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday 2 March 2026. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 562910 Remediation Services, with a corresponding size standard of $25M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 562910 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The 633d Contracting Squadron has a need for contractor services to conduct a comprehensive Hazardous Material (HAZMAT, asbestos and lead based paint) survey of Dodd Hall, Facility 448 at JBLE-Langley, Virginia. The U.S. Government requires an assessment to determine the scope and cost of asbestos and lead-based paint remediation before the facility is demolished. All findings are the exclusive property of the government and shall not be shared with the demolition bidders without explicit authorization by the contracting officer.
