IMPORTANT � THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REOPEN SOLICITATION 75H70125R00033 - NATIONWIDE MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT The proposal due date displayed in SAM.gov has been administratively updated solely to allow posting of this notice. The Government is NOT reopening the solicitation. No new proposals, revised proposals, or changes to pricing or any other proposal terms will be accepted as a result of this notice. The Government hereby requests that all offerors extend their offer acceptance period, as stated in Block 17 of Standard Form 1442, by an additional sixty (60) calendar days beyond the current expiration of their offers. This request is limited solely to an extension of the offer acceptance period. No other changes to Price or Technical Proposals are requested or authorized. Affirmative written confirmation is required in order to extend an offer. Offerors must confirm in writing that they agree to extend their offer acceptance period without modification of their proposal. Offerors are requested to submit their written confirmation by email to matt.sanders@ihs.gov no later than 13 February 2026. Failure to provide an affirmative written confirmation by the date stated above will be interpreted as the offeror�s decision not to extend its offer acceptance period. Offers that are not affirmatively extended will expire at the end of their current acceptance period and will no longer be eligible for acceptance by the Government. This notice is issued for administrative purposes only to facilitate completion of the Government�s evaluation process and does not constitute a solicitation amendment under FAR 15.206. Important: This notice does not authorize the submission of new or revised proposals and does not constitute negotiations or discussions. If the Government later requires proposal revisions, it will follow FAR 15 procedures for discussions and/or issue a formal amendment as appropriate.
