Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WA City: Ellensburg Delineated Area: City Limits of Ellensburg Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,350 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface/Surface): 2 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: � Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building. � Space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. � The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
