Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District has a requirement for the commissioning of the John Cochran VA Hospital, located in St. Louis, Missouri. The selected commissioning firm will serve as the Commissioning Authority (CxA) for the hospital. The commissioning efforts will apply to the following phases: Developing and maintaining the Owner?s Project Requirements (OPR)Development and review of commissioning planDevelopment and review of commissioning specificationsReview of Design Analysis (DA), also known as Basis of Design (BOD)Participating in design reviewsDevelopment of testing proceduresReview of construction submittalsOn-site inspections and observationsReview of systems manualsParticipation in training and training plansMaintaining issues logs and ensuring resolutionReviewing pre-functional, start-up procedures, and checklistsParticipation in functional performance tests, integrated tests, and black start testReviewing trend logs and verifying performanceSeasonal testing and coordinated warranty reviewGathering lessons learnedAssisting in implementation of operations and maintenance of the new facilitiesSee attached Synopsis for additional details and information
