Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking Asbestos Personnel Monitoring Services to be performed in the Controlled Industial Area at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. Section C, Statement of Work, of the attached Request for Quote (RFQ# N4215826QE045) provides the details and specifications as needed. Questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing on or before May 8, 2026, at 11:00am, Eastern Standard Time. Attachment 1-Technical Capability Statement must have the boxes checked Yes or No for both line items, and Attachment 1 needs to be signed and dated at the bottom of the document in order to be considered. The completed RFQ, Technical Capability Statement, and all pricing must be submitted via email on or before May 12, 2026, by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. This is a 100% Small Business set aside procurement.
