Description
The 316th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for Protective Coating and Markings construction services. The scope of work shall consist of the contractor furnishing all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, quality control, management, appliances and other items and services to perform airfield rubber removal, striping of airfield, streets and parking lots, protective coating and sign maintenance on Joint Base Andrews (JBA), as well as surrounding site complexes and other remote areas under the control of Joint Base Andrews, Md. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/SAM/). Potential contractors must also have current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. * A Site Visit will be conducted on 19 Dec 2025 @ 1000 for all interested parties. Please fill out and submit the attached Base Access Letter NLT 17 Dec 2025 @1400 EST to allen.tang@us.af.mil and cameron.cox.8@us.af.mil.
