Description
Updated on 10 April 2026 to provide response to RFIs. PIEE identified this as an amendment, but this is not an amendment. **************************************Coyote Valley Dam and Lake Mendocino Recreation Area Janitorial Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. An optional site visit is scheduled for 16 April 2026 at 10:00am PDT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), San Francisco District is seeking to contract janitorial services for Coyote Valley Dam and Lake Mendocino located at Ukiah, California.
