Description
This is a redacted J&A to JRC Integrated Systems (JRC) 1201 M St SE, STE G40, Washington, DC, 20003, who was awarded a $88,160,759.85 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract N0003026C1020 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 -2030 Support Services Engineering, Analysis, Program Support, Weapons Surety Policy, and Compliance. Work will be performed in Washington, District of Columbia, (82 percent), Kings Bay, Georgia (5 percent), Bangor, Washington (5 percent), Pittsfield Massachusetts (3 percent), Denver, Colorado (1 percent), Magna Utah (1 percent), Cape Canaveral, Florida (1 percent), Mitchel Field, New York (1 percent), and Anaheim, California (1 percent). Work is expected to be completed March 31, 2030. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,134,363.32, fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,241,483.67, fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,203.61, fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $200,000, and fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $369,423.57 are being obligated on this award and no funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is being awarded to the Contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and was previously synopsized on the Systems for Award Management (SAM) portal. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity. This award is in relation to Solicitation N0003026R1020 that was posted on 4 September 2025, and award notice N0003026C1020 that was posted on 18 December 2025.
