Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, intends to solicit and award for a Gomco Model 3040 General Use Aspirator or EQUAL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112, Surgical and medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action is a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is a small business set-aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 24, 2026, via the sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, March 13, 2026, and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for this award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov.
