Amendment No.: 0001 Solicitation No.: 36C24126Q0551 Date: June 11, 2026 Purpose of Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted regarding the solicitation. As a result of these questions and responses, the response due date will remain unchanged, as June 16, 2026. Question: For evaluation of technician qualifications, please clarify what documentation the Government expects to be submitted with the quotation (e.g., OEM training certificates, factory certifications, resumes, licenses, OSHA certifications, or other supporting documentation). Answer: At a minimum. Contractors should provide the following for each technician who may perform work under the contract. Current. Relevant experience, training, and qualifications. OEM manufacturer training certificates applicable to the equipment or systems covered by the contract. Current factory certifications or manufacture authorized service Certifications. Question: The solicitation states that contractors shall demonstrate that their technicians meet the qualification standards identified in the Performance Work Statement. Can the� Government please clarify what information and/or documentation offers� are expected to submit to demonstrate technician qualifications for evaluation purposes. Answer: At a minimum. Contractors should provide the following for each technician who may perform work under the contract. Current. Relevant experience, training, and qualifications. OEM manufacturer training certificates applicable to the equipment or systems covered by the contract. Current factory certifications or manufacture authorized service Certifications. Question: Provide clarification on the controls scope and can you please confirm whether the new VFDs will be controlled automatically through the existing Johnson Controls BMS? If so, is the contractor responsible for all BAS programming, integration, point mapping, and commissioning associated with the new VFD installations, or will these services be provided by the VA and/or its existing controls contractor? Answer: The contractors control scope shall be limited to the installation and physical integration of the new VFD control wiring into the existing building automation system infrastructure. The new VFD's are intended to operate automatically through the existing Johnson Controls building automation system. The contractor should provide all required field wiring terminations and coordination necessary to facilitate connection to the VFD to the existing Johnson control system. Upon completion of the field installation, the controls contractor will perform all required programming and software modifications to achieve automatic operation.
