The Special Warfare Human Performance Support Group (SWHPSG) located at JBSA-Lackland Texas, Chapman Training Annex has a requirement to utilize one self-contained portable trailer mounted restroom system near building 218, underneath a preexisting shade shelter to support training mission, medical support staff, instructors, and trainee readiness. The Special Warfare personnel operating in building 218 require restroom areas with running water for cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, improve the quality of life, and ensure our personnel are protected from infectious diseases. NAICS code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The PSC is W085 - Lease or Rental of Equipment: Toiletries. Please review all three (3) attachments attached to this solicitation. Submittal of Questions: Questions may be submitted in writing to the Contracting office. Please submit all relevant and related questions to SSgt Gabriel Melton at gabriel.melton@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions will be Wednesday, March 4 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Daylight Time. No questions beyond this deadline will be accepted. Following the deadline the Government will compile all appropriate/relevant questions to the requirement and follow up with vendors with all questions and answers. Quote Requirements: Quote should be submitted by email to SSgt Gabriel Melton at gabriel.melton@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, March 10 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Central Daylight Time. Quote must include unit and extended prices. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. Total Small Business Set-Aside Competition: This is a notice that this order is a total small business set-aside. All other quotes submitted by a contractor will not be considered for award. Base Access Pass: If you would like to attend the site visit, Base Pass Request form (Attachment 2) must be submitted by February 26, 2026 at 12:00PM (noon).
