The DEPARTMENT of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Oklahoma VA Health Care System is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties authorized to provide VistA Chemotherapy Manager Medium hospital annual limited license, for the Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Health Care System, Jack C. Montgomery VAMC, 011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, OK 74401. The VistA Chemotherapy Manager medium hospital annual limited software license is used by Pharmacy, Specialty Medicine, and Patient Care Services to improve patient safety by preventing medication errors. This software is focused on patient safety and ensures that order sets are integrated, complete and that dosing is appropriate; it is classified as a life-critical system. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement for this Brand Name requirement (i.e., Open Market, SEWP, Sole Source, etc.) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 513210 Software Publishers. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ARE LIMITED TO AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS OF THE FOLLOWING: DSS-VCM-LTD-MH DSS VistA Chemotherapy Manager Medium hospital annual limited license The period of performance for this requirement shall commence on April 15, 2026, and continue for a total Four (4) months, with the option to extend services up to six (6) months.
