Description

The contractor will provide software capable of analyzing structured and unstructured grants data and software support to Housing and Urban Development's (HUD), capable of replicating and exceeding the results from the 2026 HUGs Analytics pilot. HUD conducted a pilot from January 2026 to April 2026 to evaluate a new automated grants payments compliance monitoring process across two program offices. The pilot demonstrated the ability to reduce manual reconciliation effort, improve data accuracy and assist with identifying fraud, waste and abuse. This initiative builds on the methodology and outputs from the recent January 2026 �HUGS Analytics� pilot. The purpose of this requirement is to operationalize and scale the validated pilot outcomes across HUD�s grants programs. The contractor shall: Platform Deployment & Integration for Disaster Recovery Programs [Base Tasks] Key Capabilities Configuration for Disaster Recovery Programs [Base Tasks] User Support & Continuous Improvement - All Grant Programs [Base & Optional Tasks] Extend Deployment & Integration - Other Grant Programs [Optional Tasks] Extend Capabilities & Configuration - Other Grant Programs [Optional Tasks]
