This notice serves to survey the market to ascertain whether-or-not sources are capable of providing the requested supplies/services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Bldg. 101 Mixing Valve Replacements for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the description and quantities for this sources sought notice. This notice allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification(s) (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SD/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 with a size standard of $19 Million. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
