Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to provide comprehensive architectural engineering design services to support the IRS Facilities Management and Security Services (FMSS) Division, National Office headquarters, business unit divisions/functions and their associated territory, area and industry offices, ten (10) submission processing sites, several customer services sites, three (3) campus locations- Austin, Kansas City, and Ogden, two (2) Enterprise Computing Center- Martinsburg and Memphis and various Posts of Duty (POD) Nationwide. The FMSS division serves as the IRS focal or central point dealing with the planning, coordinating, directing and implementing of all projects and tasks that impact real estate and personal property across various business units and associated territories. Support to FMSS in these areas will be known as the National Support Services Contract (NSSC). The geographic locations are: Mid-Atlantic � DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA � Northeast � CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT � Midwest - IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, SD, WI � Southeast- AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA � Southwest � AZ, NM, TX, OK, UT � Ohio Valley - OH, KY, WV � West Coast � CA, OR, WA �Pacific Territories � Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
