Amendment 0004: The purpose of amendment 0004 is to incorporate Attachment 13 - Non-Disclosure Agreement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003: The purpose of amendment 0003 is to accomplish the following: (1) Incorporate the Government responses to Industry questions as Attachment 12. (2) Extend the proposal due date and time to May 29, 2026, at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time. Please note, the question and answer period closed on April 22, 2026. No further questions will be answered. Amendment 0002: the purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following: (1) Incorporate a revised RETS IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated May 6, 2026, as attachment 1. (9) Incorporate revised Attachment 07 Past Performance Questionnaire.(10) Update Section H Special Contract Requirements Clauses. (11) Extend the proposal due date and time to May 27, 2025, at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time. (12) All revisions are highlighted in light blue. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to Update 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Products and Commercial Services as attachment 09, and extend the Questions and Responses to Solicitation due date and time for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDTE) Engineering and Technical Support (RETS).
