12-8-2025 Amendment 2 is being posted to extend the closing from 12-8-2025 to 01-09-2026 11-12-2025 Amendment 1 is being posted to make the following changes The RFP is being solicited under full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $46 million. This acquisition is a follow-on to SP4705-20-D-0005 for interior and exterior building services for the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters Complex. The following provision is hereby added to FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated By Reference (Feb 1998): DFARS 252.204-7025 � Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements. The following clause is hereby added to FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (FEB 1998): DFARS 252.204-7021 � Contractor Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements. Defense Logistics Agency, Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex, requires Industrial Carpenter Operations Support Services.The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform services in accordance with general craft and industry standards, applicable laws, regulations, codes and Federal specifications. The total estimate include base, four options, and six-month option per FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
