The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for new and/or continuing leasing opportunities through its online Leasing Portal. *City: Huntsville *State: Alabama *Delineated Area: see attachment outlining the boundaries *Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 2,000 ABOA *Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 2,200 ABOA *Space Type: Office Space *Lease Term: 10 years, 5 years Firm (10/5) *Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP for consideration against future GSA requirements. *Amortization Term: 5 years for Tenant Improvements. Type 5 years for a 10/5 lease. The General Services Administration is seeking 2,000 ABOA - 2,200 ABOA of Office Space to Lease in Huntsville, Alabama for 10 years, 5 firm (10/5).
