Description

The United States Coast Guard requires contractor contractor support in providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to repair and service the HAZMAT building at the United States Coast Guard Station Indian River. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 02/23/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and jackson.a.wysor2@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above, no later than NOON Eastern Time on 02/18/2026. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 2/13/26 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Indian River located at 800 inlet Road, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MK1 Pat Chemodurow, (302) 227-2440, patrick.t.chemodurow@uscg.mil. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
