Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide janitorial services in accordance with the specifications and best commercial practices in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Contractor shall furnish labor, transportation, supervision, and some equipment necessary to perform required janitorial services at designated Forest Service Office. A site visit is scheduled for May 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Logan Ranger District Office located at 1500 East Highway 89, Logan, UT 84321 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Offers are due at the email address arlen.fausett@usda.gov no later than May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.
