Description
Solicitation suspense date is being extended until 30 June 2026 @10am to incorporate added site visit. Amendment is attached. Site visit will be held 25 June 2026 @10:30am. Site visit is optional, information is as follows: SSgt. Creer will meet all contractors at the RAFB Visitors Center @10:30am on 25 June. Contractors are required to provide identification. Two forms of ID are required (Ie: driver's license, social security card�..), driver's license, and current vehicle registration. Visitors Center address: 218 Oak Ave. Warner Robins, GA 31088 Government Representative: SSgt. Shian Creer, 478-472-1987, shian.creer@us.af.mil This solicitation is for the installation of a remote access control door system with buzzers, at the 78th Security Squadron Base Defense Operations Center on Robins Air Force Base IAW attached Statement of Work (SOW). Solicitation FA850126Q0034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations & quotes should be emailed to nicole.fields.2@us.af.mil and blake.mcwilliams.1@us.af.mil Vendors are required to complete and sign solicitation document and return it with their quote. Only quotes submitted by small busienss concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business cocern will not be considerd for award.
