Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice for the upcoming Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Resilient Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services (RAES). The Government's intent is to establish a $3.4 Billion IDIQ contract; each basic IDIQ contract within the MATOC will have a maximum ordering period of ten years comprised of One (1) five-year base period, with One (1) five-year option period for A-E Title I and Title II services in support of FSRM and MILCON projects. This action is a Partial Small Business Set-Aside, with a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) reserve under NAICS 541330 ($25.5M size standard). A DRAFT Synopsis containing detailed information on the scope, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria is attached to this notice for industry review and planning. Please note the following important announcement: *** VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY *** The Government will host a virtual Industry Day on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, at 1400 Central Time to discuss this requirement and answer questions. Firms interested in attending this event MUST RSVP and submit questions by 1400 CST on 15 December 2025 by emailing their company name, CAGE code, and up to two attendee names to the Primary POC, Samuel Mendez, at samuel.mendez@us.af.mil and secondary POCs: Salvador Castillo, at salvador.castillo@us.af.mil and Monica Gallegos, at monica.gallegos@us.af.mil. The anticipated official synopsis is expected to be posted on 24 December 2025 with a final SF330 submission deadline of 30 January 2026. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not a request for proposals.
