Sources Sought Notice This notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation of the government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this notice will be used for informational purposes only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs from the government will arise as a result from a response to this announcement. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The information requested in this notice will be used to determine if there are sufficient socioeconomic small business concerns that are capable of performing the work described for the requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Relocation of Mobile Unit on Skids; Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, rigging, equipment, permits, traffic control, and coordination required to inspect, plan and move existing mobile unit on skids. Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West, Amarillo, TX 79106. See Statement of Work. BACKGROUND Amarillo VA Health Care System Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center Engineering Services 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West Amarillo, TX 79106 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Amarillo VA Health Care System has a requirement for on-site relocation of an existing mobile unit mounted on skids from its current location to a new designated location within VA property at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center. See attached SOW for the performance requirements. RESPONSE If interested, please provide the following information in a response: 1. Name of Company 2. Capability Statement The information provided in a response to this notice may be used in developing an acquisition approach. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform must respond to the notice to be considered by 10:00 AM CST, May 15, 2026.
