Description
The Year 4 Core Task Order (CTO4) executes the design established in the Year 4 Design-to-Outcome (DTO4) task order. DTO4, in turn, builds upon the design execution of the Year 3 DTO3 and CTO3, which stemmed from Year 2's DTO2 and CTO2, tracing back to the original Year 1 DTO1 and CTO1. DTO1 initiated the design for transforming PEO DHMS, its program offices, and FEHRM into a leading technology organization, with CTO1 implementing that initial design.
