Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement to procure Modular Mobile Surveillance Systems (M2S2). Please find draft Statement of Work (SOW) attached for Vendor review. CBP plans to solicit this requirement on GSA eBuy. Potential bidders must have their M2S2 System on a GSA schedule in order to submit a bid for this requirement. CBP intends to release the solicitation for this requirement on GSA eBuy potentially as early as the 2nd quarter of FY 2026. Vendors shall use the M2S2 Vendor Questions - Comments Spreadsheet Template to submit any questions or comments regarding these draft SOW documents. Submit Vendor Questions - Comments to USBPPMODM2S2@cbp.dhs.gov. Intended Contract Type: Multiple-award blanket purchase agreement - Hybrid firm fixed price (FFP) and time and material (T&M) Intended Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and nine (9) 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of ten (10) years Acquisition Strategy: CBP plans to provide additional information regarding the intended acquisition strategy and schedule by the 1st quarter of FY 2026.
