Description

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD) has a requirement to provide calibration services for the Viper 2E Vibration Analyzer and Balancer for Assault Craft Unit Five (ACU-5), quantity:3ea, Part No. 240041E-LCAC-SSC in direct support of maintenance and deploying LCACs for ACU-5 located at MCB Camp Pendleton, Ca. NAVSUP intends to award purchase order on a sole source basis to Technology for Energy (TEC) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). TEC Corp is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Viper 2E Vibration Analyzer and Balancer and the sole provider of the required service. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This is a notice of intent to sole source synopsis, not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotations. This is set-aside for Small Business. Any interested party that believes they should be considered capable of fulfilling this requirement should submit a capability statement of their related products or services to be reviewed for technical content. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government All submissions will be considered, however there is no guarantee that submissions in response to this notice will in any way alter the Government�s acquisition strategy. Please provide responses to this notice no later than 0800pst on 02 March 2026, to jose.g.juarez.civ@us.navy.mil.
