NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE 21 April 2026 The United States Marine Corps, Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region (MCI?NCR), Quantico, VA, hereby announces its intent to award a sole?source contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 6.302?1(b), Only One Responsible Source. The anticipated NAICS code is 513210 � Software Publishers, and the anticipated PSC is 7A21 � IT and Telecom: Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). The Government intends to award a sole?source contract to: PeakMetrics, Inc. 777 S Alameda St, FL 2 Los Angeles, CA 90021?1657 The MCI-NCR RCO intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302?1(b), soliciting from a single source The requirement is for the procurement of the PeakMetrics Narrative Intelligence Dashboard commercial subscription and associated training services, which are currently in use by the requesting activity. This requirement is for a commercially available SaaS platform, procured under FAR Part 12. Based on market research, PeakMetrics Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing the required commercial subscription and training necessary to maintain continuity of operations, data compatibility, and mission support. Award is anticipated on or about 30 April 2026 using non?competitive procedures under FAR Part 12. The planned contract will include a 12?month period , with an anticipated period of performance from 30 April 2026- 1 May 2027. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, interested and responsible sources may submit a capability statement, authorized reseller documentation, or other relevant information for consideration. All submissions received by the response deadline will be reviewed solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is appropriate. The decision to compete or not compete this requirement remains at the sole discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to Ana Manavi, Contract Specialist, at anarosa.manvi@usmc.mil, , no later than 23 April 2026, 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. Late responses will not be considered.
