Description
This is an FMS repair requirement for Hydraulic Engine Starter, NSN: 7RH 2995 010799316 VH, PN: 407711/70651-03210-101 Qty.4. There is a current demand to have this item repaired, supports common Aircraft system components. All contractual documents related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
