Description
This is an unclassified Sources Sought Notification for DEVCOM AvMC. The Government intends to create and administer a consortium OT for DEVCOM AvMC projects. The Government intends to enter into a Consortium Member Agreement (CMA) with selected vendors prior to issuing any Request for White Papers (RWPs). Only vendors that become members of the consortium through execution of a CMA will be eligible to receive subsequent classified RWPs. The Government will issue RWPs, at the classified level only, to members of the consortium OT. The classified RWPs will be for developing advanced sensor technologies supporting Army defensive, offensive, and integrated fires capabilities. Specific functional capabilities and core competencies of interest to the Government include, but are not limited to, design, modeling, simulation, experimentation, prototyping, demonstration, and assessment of ground-based or ground-launched sensor algorithms, software, hardware, subsystems, and systems enabling advanced fires capabilities for the Army.
