127EAW26R0001 - Brush Creek Work Center Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: More than $10,000,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.3 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, February 27th, 2026. An organized site visit will be held on Wednesday Feb 18th, 2026, 1:00 PM PST. See page attachment "1. Statement of Work" for full details. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. PLEASE RSVP TO THE SITE VISIT BY EMAILING: GREGORY.CUNNINGHAM@USDA.GOV
