THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: There is a need for contractors to provide maintenance services for the Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) at Grand Forks Air Force Base. The IBDS system utilizes radars, cameras, and thermal imagers integrated through the Applied Research Associates� (ARA) Sentinel software to detect and respond to intrusion activity. The contractor will ensure all components of the IBDSS are properly maintained, updated, and operational in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A draft PWS is attached to this Sources Sought for reference. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621 � Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Include three past references with current contact information and contract number. If subcontractors are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE OPEN TO ANY INTERESTED VENDORS WHO CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICES REQUESTED.
