Description

Solicitation SPE603-25-R-0512 is initiated to procure fuel management services to include receipt, storage, transfer, issuance, and account for products with appropriate controls to ensure fuel/cryogenic quality, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure no environmental impact at Randolph AFB, TX and Laughlin AFB, TX using best commercial practices. Two separate contract awards will be awarded per location listed Randolph AFB, TX and Laughlin AFB TX. Pricing should be submitted per location of interest. Offerors do not have to submit proposals for both installations to be considered for award. The requirement is for a four-year base performance period beginning January 01, 2026 through December 31, 2029, with one five-year option from January 01, 2030 through December 31, 2034, and an option to extend the contract for a total of no more than six months from January 01, 2035 through June 30, 2035.
