Description
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) requires urgent one-time fire safety inspection, testing, and reporting services for eight facilities located throughout New Mexico, including AIHC, AIDC, MIHC, NSRTC, SFIHC, San Felipe Indian Health Center, JHC, and TPIHC. Services include: Fire sprinkler system inspection, testing, and maintenance in accordance with NFPA 25 Domestic and fire backflow preventer inspection and testing Fire extinguisher inspection and maintenance in accordance with NFPA 10 Emergency and exit lighting inspection and testing in accordance with NFPA 101 Fire Department Connection (FDC) inspection and verification Inspection reports, deficiency documentation, and corrective action recommendations The requirement is mission-critical and must be completed within the required performance period to address overdue and upcoming compliance inspections and reduce life safety risks across AAIHS facilities.
