Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to provide the updated Wage Determination AR20260034 dated 2 Jan 2026, provide updates to spec sections 03 30 00, 08 60 45, 08 71 00, 09 06 00, 09 97 13.27, 25 05 11.01, 25 05 11.02, 25 05 11.04, 31 63 26, 41 22 13.15, and EXTEND the proposal due date to 2 FEBRUARY 2026 at 1400 CST. Also delete section 25 05 11.03. ..Amendment 0002 hereby revises section 00 73 00 Time Extensions for Unusually Severe Weather to match weather days provided by Section 01 14 00.00 46 Work Restrictions 1.4.1.1 Schedule of Anticipated Adverse Weather Days which shall be implemented in the Contractor Progress Schedule. Additionally FAR 52.232-16 252.232-7004 and 252.242-7006 were removed and are not applicable. Replace the previously issued specification sections in their entirety with the new specification section. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Proposal due date remains 27 January 2026.Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 hereby adds site visit details and map, updates 00 22 16 Evaluation Criteria, removes clauses related to CMMC and provides an updated 09 90 00. The site visit information is included, see clause 52.236-27 ALT I. Section 5.1 in Evaluation Criteria 00 22 16 is updated to exclude resume pages from the page limit.
