SHIP REPAIR INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE (YOKOSUKA, JAPAN) CVN Time & Material Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) This is an INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUCEMENT by Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) and Naval Supply Systems Command) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) for Ship Repair services in support of repair and continuous maintenance of United States Navy Surface Ships and United States Ship (USS) Aircraft Carrier, Nuclear propulsion Hull Class (CVN) Ship Repair, Maintenance, Modernization, and Overhaul (RMMO) for Forward Deployed Naval Forces (FDNF). This notice is issued solely for the informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The planned industry day serves as a market research tool to inform the industry of the United States Government (USG) requirements for ship repair, determine interest, awareness and capabilities for providing those services. The industry day forum will allow for networking and will allow the US Government to access local industry�s interest in participating in upcoming requirements. This event is open to all ship repair service providers authorized to do business in Japan, including existing Master Ship Repair Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (MSRA/ABR) holders. SRF-JRMC will present information regarding the Surface Ship Maintenance and Aircraft Carrier Maintenance. Workload forecast and projected work load categories for each will be discussed. Additionally, the Time & Material Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity CVN Follow-on Contract will be briefed. The presentation focuses on, skill requirements, workload projection, and contract strategies. The purpose of this Industry Day event is to help the Government�s ship repair partners understand the technical requirements that must be addressed in the solicitation proposal and how to achieve technical acceptability in your first submittal. Parties interested in attending the industry day must submit a reservation request via email to the following Points of Contact (POCs). Attendees are requested to limit their participants up to five (5) personnel per company. The number of participants allowed per company may change depending on the number of companies who RSVP to the event. Participating companies are further requested to provide CAGE and NAICS codes, if available. Additional instructions for accessing the industry day location will be provided at the time reservations are received. Note: All registrations must be received no later than 1:00 PM JST, on Wednesday January 20, 2026. The United States Government will not reimburse respondents or attendees for efforts expended as a result of this notice. Industry Day attendance is not mandatory and will not affect the Government�s selection process, but your attendance is encouraged.
