REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Reference Laboratory Testing Services for Glasgow VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located at 630 Second Ave. South, Suite A Glasgow MT 59230. Services requested are as follows: The contractor shall provide specimen collection and laboratory tests for Glasgow Montana veterans. It includes the need for emergent and routine laboratory sample collection and emergent and routine laboratory testing. The contractor, if needed, is to provide emergent and routine tests for Glasgow veterans when needed by VA provider. This possible contract, when solicitated, is a backup contract for emergent and routine laboratory sample collection when needed. Almost 95% of the specimen collection is done by Glasgow VA staff and lab specimens are sent via UPS to Billings Montana Laboratory for testing. This possible contract is set up to provide back-up when VA staff are unavailable or when VA providers want immediate lab testing results. Testing shall be accomplished within Glasgow (Montana). The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. Business Size Standard is up to $10 Million. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to future solicitation! This is not a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ). No questions will be answered. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer.
