Provide HVAC Motorized Valve and DOAS Repairs at USCG SMTC Barracks

Amendment 0002 is issued to provide the base access form for the scheduled site visit, provide for a rescheduled site visit date, and extend the submission deadline. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide an addditional reference document associated with the SOW. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 07/16/2026 via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
