A CUSIP is a nine-digit number or nine-character alphanumeric code that identifies a North American financial instrument, including stocks and bonds, facilitating trading, clearance and settlement. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC. Responses must be submitted in writing to Danielle Pena via email at Danielle.pena@occ.treas.gov, no later than the timeframe noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received.
